Builders By The Sea is located on 700 W Pine Ave, St George Island, FL. From Tallahassee International Airport follow FL-263 S/Capital Cir SW to US-319 S/Crawfordville Rd and head east on Terminal Loop Road. Then continue straight and turn right onto FL-263 S/Capital Cir SW. Next, continue on US-319 S to Franklin County and turn right onto US-319 S/Crawfordville Rd. After that, turn right onto US-98 W and slight right onto US-319 S. At this point, continue on Big Bend Scenic Byway Coastal Trail and drive to W Pine Ave. Then turn left onto Big Bend Scenic Byway Coastal Trail/Patton Dr and turn left onto FL-300 S/Big Bend Scenic Byway Coastal Trail/Island Dr/St Co Rd 300. Next, continue to follow FL-300 S/Big Bend Scenic Byway Coastal Trail/St Co Rd 300 and pass by Centennial Bank (on the right in 5.1 mi. Finally, turn right onto Gulf Beach Dr W and turn right onto 7th St W. Turn left at the 1st cross street onto W Pine Ave and Builders By The Sea will be on the left.
